ROBERT J. LUDDY
Robert J. Luddy has tried numerous cases before juries in state and federal courts and arbitrated matters before international, securities industry, and private arbitration tribunals. He has represented clients from a wide array of industries over the course of his career, including matters involving sophisticated real estate disputes, insurance and complex claims cases, as well as the tobacco industry and Native American concerns.
Mr. Luddy is the Managing Partner of Windels Marx and a member of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Mercurio’s expertise covers contract issues, deceptive trade practices, employment claims, trust and estate administration, life and disability insurance coverage disputes, construction claims, and product liability actions.
He has substantial appellate experience and has argued cases in both state and federal courts. He has counseled and defended numerous private and public held companies on Labor Law and has considerable experience in New York’s Surrogate Court.
